Holiday Sales 2003

Try to visualize this. Imagine a stack of dollar bills 1,053 miles high. Pretty hard to wrap your brain around?

Okay, think of the Empire State Building. It's 1,250 feet to the 102nd floor observatory.
(not counting the antennae)

Now imagine 4,449 stacks of dollar bills, each stack the height of the Empire State Building.

That's 1,053 miles of cash. In dollar figures, it's 17.5 billion dollars.

Burn that image into your brain. Yes, there is a reason.

That's the amount of money that will be trading hands, fast and furious, on the Internet from October through December. All within about ninety days. 17.5 billion dollars. 1,053 miles of cash.

Later, I'll give you a link to check the numbers.

Now, here's the sad part.

While 17.5 billion dollars is trading hands, most website owners will still be hurting for sales.
I see it every year.

This year, I decided to do something about it.

Before I tell you what I'm doing about it, I'd like to mention something else I see all too often.

Ever noticed that misery loves company? Public Forums and discussion lists are filled with website owners that are hurting for sales.
It's too easy to nod and agree when someone says; "People just aren't buying..." or "The market is saturated..." or "Conversion rates are just too low these days."

Baloney.

When you hear that stuff, I want you to remember how much cash is trading hands in 90 days flat.

I want you to remember that people ARE buying. Like crazy, they're buying.

Instead of falling in line with the pity parade, tell yourself that maybe - just maybe - you might need a little help with marketing and selling. With a helping hand, you can stop being one of those website owners that's hurting for sales. Which brings us back around to my little project.

This year, I'm going to show you where you can get real, solid help. From real, live people.
(Yours truly included!)

You can check the stats I mentioned at the same time. When you see the report from the United States Department of Commerce, it will blow your mind.

Oh... and while you're there, take a good look at the Virtual Saloon. It's a hoot. Real live people to help you along - for 53 cents a day. Think they were sampling the proverbial goods when they came up with the price?

But, let me SHOW you this instead. This one, you have to SEE. Seeing is believing. It's here;

P.S. If you hustle, you might still be able to cut yourself
a big slice of the holiday pie. See you inside!
