Can anyone make web hosting recommendations - I'm looking for unlimited bandwidth/data transfer, and file storage... or a host that offers a ridiculously large amount of each.

Check out http://www.readyhosting.com . I used them before and was pretty impressed. You get 500 mb. storage and unlimited transfers for about $100 per year.

excellent customer support. They provide live help 24/7. I usually send
them a ticket if I need help, and will usually receive a response within
minutes.

I'm constantly having to upgrade my account for the SSWT site because I'm exceeding my Transfer Quota (NOT complaining
). In addition, I have some things I want to add this year which I anticipate will take up a lot of space and transfer. I was considering hosting those new files on a different server for that reason... but may just take your advice and do a *major* overall upgrade.

Lynn, are you hosting on a shared or dedicated account at the moment. You may want to look into dedicated hosting if you are not already doing so.

Avoid MeWebHost

By all means. avoid MeWebHost like the plague. They are great at charging your credit card but if there is ever an issue... you are screwed. The Customer Service is only through email and it looks to be off-shore by the lack of understanding. The accounts department does not exist and will not respond to numerous inquires.
My domain was pullled off-line with no notice. Email suddenly stopped working. Overall I would recommend hosting your website on a toaster oven before using this outfit.
