Hi Lurleen! Ok - first, changing text type and all that is done in the stylesheet.css When you click Appearance > Edit Theme > the 1st pg that comes up with the stylesheet.css,
First thing: I looked at your source code & noticed you copied/pasted from Word. Don't do that. It messes with the editor in WP. Just type straight into the html editor in WP; or if you need to type offline, do so in Notepad, then copy/paste into WP and add any styling in there. By styling I mean making things bold or using h1 tags or something like that. You do not need (and should not) change font types within a post or page - that's controlled in the stylesheet to make everything uniform & consistent throughout the site.
That said: to change the font for the main area of your content, look in the stylesheet for a class entitled "entry" it may be listed like: .entry or #entry If there is no font listed next to that, go up and look under "body" as it may be classified there.
Sidebar: without looking at your theme, I'm going to guess that you may change those elements in widgets. Widgets are also under Appearance in the wp-admin. If you're not seeing a widget containing the code for what you're wanting to change, then it's going to be found in the actual sidebar.php file.
I know this seems complicated & it really isn't so much as it's wordy to explain it all. LOL
Post again if you have more questions.
