There are all sorts of submission tools for different things. What kind of submissions are you looking for?
You need to be careful though, auto submissions can be perceived wrong by search engines. You can use the tool to make the job easier, but I wouldn't submit to hundreds and hundreds of places at once. It's better to break it up into a handful a day.
