can u tell me how to post the new blog post in the theme related and how to add image ?
can u tell me how to add the source of the another sites....

I"m sorry I don't understand your first question?

You can upload an image to your server and display it with HTML or depending on your blog software you can upload within your post.

To add a source you would just link to the site you're referring to within your blog post.
