Professional for who? They look okay to me. I think it depends if you are selling something directly or only trying to get people to click on ads.

What you have done is purchased pre-made web sites set up for the sole
purpose of generating adsense income.

The sites look fine but you need traffic to them for it to be any good.

also, if you click on one of the links, the pages do not work properly in FF. some of the images go way off to the right messing up the whole layout.

whatever program they used to create the sites is not very good.

also, I really hope you are not paying http://www.nichesitessource.com
that rediculous monthly fee for what they are offering you.

Just from initial looks at the homepages, the templates look professional to me.

Follow the advice given previously - develop good content and build up your backlinks.

As Robert already mentioned, some of your interior pages break in Firefox (and most likely other Mozilla based browsers).
