I'm looking for a simple guestbook type form to use on one of my pages. I tried a few that I downloaded from hotscripts.com but they either had the wrong features or were too complicated. Is there some kind of easy form creator out there?

TG beat me to it, but I agree - BigNoseBird has some great scripts and they are easy to install. I'm using the same GB script at mywaverly.com as well as a few other sites.

I will have to try Bignosebird. I just went through the same thing...scripts were a pain. I wound up just using an upgraded Bravenet guestbook.
