Help with Tables ?

Hi

I need a little help with a copy of things please, does anyone have a tutorial on how to set up table using netscape communicator the one I have is 4.7 I think I know it not the newest version. I can pull the table up but I can't seem to get it exactly how I want it.

Also I have some templates but I can't open all of them either because some are .psd extension what is that and what do I use to open this with
also when using these template that are all over the place online are you suppose to replace the pictures with your own, I tried using a templates but the picture is not showing or am I surpose to host it on my own server and than upload to site. I am new at this so please don't laugh. lol thanks
