Hosting with Beginner Control Panel?

I need some tips on reliable hosting with an EASY-TO-USE control panel. I set up an account with http://www.websitesource.com and went with their all-in-one package which would let me host 4 domains for $11.95 a month. I may cancel though simply because I can’t make sense of it. When I owned some larger sites I usually outsourced the hosting and had someone manage my domains. I’d prefer to learn to do it myself now. I’ve used Yahoo Professional hosting in the past for small projects and their control panel was very user friendly. Ideally, I’d like to start my blog site and then begin designing several mini content sites. So I will eventually get a lot of practice configuring and setting up new domains/sites. In the meantime, I’m lost. Can anyone recommend any hosts or panels that are great for beginners? Thanks.
