Hours – Full time, Monday - Friday
Compensation – $35,000 - $45,000
Benefits – Medical, retirement savings, vacation

Base – Work from home or at our Littleton Store

Duties:

• Accounts Payable/Account Receivable
• Proven proficiency with QuickBooks Pro, MS Office & the Internet
• Reconciling multiple bank accounts
• Reconciling multiple Notes Payable/Receivable
• Reconciling multiple credit cards
• Reconciling multiple loans
• Bank deposits
• EOD Sheets
• Filing
• Financial Reporting
• HPPLLC Audit Preparation
• Payroll for 60+ employees
• Payroll Taxes and Reports
• Interaction with Owners, Vendors, Banks, General Manager, Human Resources, Store Managers, Employees, Accountants & Tenants
• Sales tax reports
• General office management skills
• Tenant deposits & CAM reconciliation for multiple Real Estate entities
• Able to move & work between 7 different entities, financial reporting
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
