Scope of Work
Responsibilities:
Live Staff Agents are trained and proficientexecuting the following tasks and duties.
Answering Incoming Chats
Answering Inbound Phone Calls (not all agents)
Creating/Answering Support Tickets in online environment
Creating and Generating canned responses.
Required:
The ideal applicant for the position of Live StaffAgent will have (but not be limited to) the following skill set.
Typing Skills (min. 40 wpm)
Multi-Tasking ability
Internet Knowledge
Customer Service skills
Good communication skills
Reliable and Dependable
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Self-motivated
Multi-lingual (not required but an asset)
Instant Message experience an asset.
Other Requirements:
While LiveSalesStaff will provide the necessaryonline tools and software to assist in performing your duties, the applicant isexpected to come to the table with the following items:
A positive attitude
A willingness to learn
A home office
High-Speed Internet Connection
A well maintained reliable computer (MAC or PC)
Ability to work full time hours (day shift or night shift)
Education:
While formal education is an asset, it isdefinitely not necessary. LiveSalesStaff values character and integrity overdegrees and diplomas.
