REQUIREMENTS:
1. good Excel skills.
2. articulate, well-spoken, professional demeanor
3. basic bookkeeping skills
4. MUST be detail-oriented, neat and very well organized. Errors and sloppiness = we engage somebody else.
5. MUST sign a non-disclosure agreement/confidentiality agreement, and a service agreement.
6. MUST be willing to have a background check performed.
7. MUST have good references.
8. computer w/ broadband Internet connection and MS Office required
9. a fax machine in your home is a big plus.

DETAILS:
1. This is a work-at-home, part-time engagement. There isn't really a set schedule, but assume at least 50% of your duties to be performed in the 9 - 5 timeframe. Since you would be working from your home and we cannot monitor how many hours you are actually working, we pay per-assignment completed, and each assignment is "capped" at a maximum number of hours for which we will pay.
2. You will be a subcontractor, and will receive a 1099 at the end of the year. We do not withhold any taxes for you. You must submit an invoice to us for all work performed.
3. Rate of pay = $9.00 per hour, + any reimbursable expenses (e.g., you go to the post office and pay postage)
4. Invoices paid every two weeks.
5. The firm is growing; this could turn into a full-time position.
