Come join a niche travel management company, BTS-Asia, Inc, focused on travel to China. We are the China travel experts! We are looking for ex-Travel Counselors/Travel Agents who enjoy making a difference and strive to deliver the ultimate in service.

As BTS-Asia Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for booking new trips and responding to requests for services from BTS ASIA customers traveling to China. BTS-Asia Reservations Agents are responsible for timely and accurate completion of travel arrangements, accurate and timely proposals, and the sale of value added services. Candidate must be self-motivated. These positions require flexibility to work various roles as determined by customer call volumes and business needs. Must be able to work from home and travel to Saint Charles, IL as required for training purposes.

Qualifications: Ability to work under pressure and effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with customer is essential. Candidate must possess exceptional customer service skills coupled with an orientation for quality sales is required. This position requires decisive and successful problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to use the Internet effectively to service customer needs. Desired skills/experiences include: Travel agent skills. Extensive domestic and international destination knowledge Asia and China destination knowledge desired. Meetings and tour experience. .

Language Skills: English

Work Location State/Province Chicagoland Area - must be willing to travel to Saint Charles for training and periodic meetings.
