AdWords PPC Analyst Specialist Needed

We are seeking an experienced AdWords Pay Per Click (PPC) analyst / specialist who can help solve our issues with our current AdWords campaigns and help us modify & create new campaigns to successfully grow our Google AdWords PPC campaign conversions/goals.

You must be very experienced in:

* Google AdWords
* Google Analytics
* Conversion Tracking / Goals
* E-Commerce Tracking & Reporting
* Microsoft Excel
* Have knowledge of HTML (preferred)

Here's our problem - our company owns & operates a bunch of websites, one of which is a massage directory. Our massage directory has been flagged by Google as "adult" and we need someone to come in and help troubleshoot and solve and find a work around to their requirements and work with them to ensure that we can have successfully running campaigns for this website.

You will also be required to analyze our current campaigns in AdWords and report the success or failure of our existing efforts according to Google Analytics and AdWords combined. We need someone who can review all the data and provide a regular update on the current "state" of our campaigns as well as continue to update, modify, manage on an on-going basis the campaigns to ensure our best possible position according to our spend and goals.

About Company: Our company is based in West Hollywood, CA. We have been in business over 8 years and remain a small company. We own & operate about 10 different kinds of websites, many focused on the gay and lesbian market.

About this job: We are seeking someone who can come in and start "running" right away. This is currently a part-time "consultant" level job. It's important to find the right person to come into our company and help us solve these issues and make sure that we fully understand what is going on and how to "move ahead" with our AdWords campaigns. Based on your performance and personality, we're happy to continue a working relationship on a regular basis. We are looking for someone long-term to work with us as we continue to grow.
