Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Inc. is looking for self-motivated, organized, and achievement oriented individuals to service our owner base in a telecommuting or 'At Home Agent' environment. Qualified applicants will be working from the comfort and convenience of their own home as employees.
Although this is an "At Home Agent" you will be required to live within 1 hour of the Redmond Call Center located at 9805 Willows Road Redmond, WA 98052. This is necessary in the case that you have technical difficulties at home and cannot receive calls, you will be required to come into the call center to complete your shift.
Your schedule from home will be consistent with current shifts in the contact center. You will be required to shift bid along with the traditional counselors in the Redmond contact center.
Job Summary:
As a vacation planning counselor your main responsibility will receive in bound calls from our owners and help them plan their dream vacation with Wyndham while maintaining a high-level of customer service and satisfaction. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and customer service skills who will respond to the owners and guest needs in a professional manner.
Job Duties:
Create a positive work environment by maintaining the highest level of ethics and integrity consistent with applicable regulatory standards and Wyndham Vacation Ownership values
Demonstrate a passion for excellence, a love for service and innate ability to solve problems to meet our owner's needs.
Ensure the highest level of professionalism and customer service with owners in order to maintain a positive brand image and company reputation.
Utilizing solid judgment, product knowledge, technical knowledge, and problem solving, be able to offer detailed insight and alternatives to help owners complete their dream vacation choice.
Collect maintenance fees from owners or offer the owner the option to buy more credits/points when appropriate to complete their vacation request.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Fully trained to support the WorldMark owner base for all reservation and service activities
Proficient in IRIS
Solid work performance in current role demonstrating a minimum of three months balance scorecard results for the past 3 months
Ability to work from home
Employee must have a private and quiet work space in the home, free of distractions and professional at all times.
WVO will supply the computer, telephone, headset, internet access and phone line.
Employee will supply office furniture, work space, and office supplies.
Highly self-motivated, independent thinker with good problem solving skills.
Possess a positive attitude and be self-motivated.
Able to exercise good judgment in making decisions.
Able to prioritize multiple tasks, have a sense of urgency to complete tasks while being detailed oriented.
Exceptional listener with great communication skills.
Enjoy talking to different people every day.
6 months of customer service experience.
High School Degree or equivalent
