Job Responsibilites:
Responsible for level one support for customers regardless of electronic device, operating system, application, internet provider or specific question.
This includes detailed documentation of the product, issue, and troubleshooting / Solution steps involved in solving the issue.
The Technical Support Associate is responsible for answering/placing technical support calls from/for our client’s customers and providing Level I technical assistance to the end user on products we are contracted to support.
The Technical Support Associate is also responsible for accurate and efficient problem diagnosis. This individual must remain informed and trained in current technology and have excellent customer service skills.
· Process telephone calls from customers including working with customers to identify, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve basic to advanced technical and non-technical questions and problems.
· Follow procedures and department processes to record initial call information, steps taken toward resolution, and final resolution.
· Responsible for remaining organized and properly documenting all work completed using the tools provided.
· Dependable and have ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment
· Team player and able to work in a fast paced environment.
· Provide excellent customer service to our customers at all times.
· Efficiently and effectively solving issues presented by our customers over the phone.

To be a successful technical support associate with Sutherland, you must have:
· 1 - 2 + years customer service and technical experience
· High School diploma required
· 1 - 2 + years experience with computer software helpful and preferred
· The ability to accept a PART TIME work from home opportunity
· Ability to work any hours needed during the training period
