Spherion in partnership with our client company is seeking an appointment setter to work in cooperation with a local advertising sales agent.

This Position is Responsible For:
Calling local business from provided lists to arrange a meeting between the decision maker and the sales agent.
Present a script to a company provided prospect with emphasis on gaining quality appointments.
Use excel, word, and other computer/ internet programs to organize data and schedule appointments.

Minimum Qualifications include:
Excellent customer service, sales, and organizational skills
1 year minimum of phone sales or lead generation
Must be able to work set 12 hours a week from home (example: 9:00am- 11am and 1pm-2pm Tuesday- Friday)
Must have home computer and internet acess.

Compensation:
$10 per hour with a minimum average of one appointment set per hour and an average of 15-20 calls per hour.
Bonus structure based on meeting appointment goals and quality of calls.
