The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for a wide and diverse range of activities related to administering our relationship with customers. The person in this position is expected to be able to quickly become an expert on our customer relationship management (CRM) system and also rapidly learn the details of how our industry works. The person in this position must take ownership of the customer's problem or request, and achieve a resolution or know when to escalate it to our managers or technical experts.

This is a challenging position that requires a high level of commitment and higher than average technical computer skills. After orientation and training, you will be expected to handle any billing and administrative request by the customer. Many of these requests involve technical language and concepts. A good understanding of computers and the Internet is required. You also will be expected to help with all aspects of the customer life cycle from new customer orders through termination of service.

Position Details:
Full Time position
Salary: $12.50 per hour plus benefits
Location:
Selected candidate will have a six week training program in Norcross, GA then will work primarily from home with occasional attendance at company's Suwanee, GA location for meetings, training, and special projects.

Skill Set Desired:
The ideal candidate will meet the following skill requirements.
Technical Computer Skills - excellent knowledge of computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and other office computer applications.

Good understanding of Internet - understands common concepts such as how to access and use web sites, how domain names work, how email works, as well as how to use web applications that work with a browser.
Customer Service experience – no experience is needed, we will train you. However, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Great problem solving skills – one of your responsibilities will be to resolve customer problems. You must have the ability to analyze a customer's problem and take ownership of the resolution process
Excellent English and Spanish communication skills - feels comfortable interacting with customers and associates in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
Good Judgment - knows when to stick with a problem and when to seek assistance
Self Starter - has a high energy level and is comfortable producing a high volume of work
Independent and Reliable Worker – able to work on their own from their home location with little supervision.

List of duties:
Notify customers when their services are about to expire
Create and process orders for service renewals
Verify authenticity of orders and payments from new customers
Process new customer orders
Process account terminations
Update custom account information
Answer billing and account questions
Send announcements to customers
Identify fraudulent and abusive use of our service
Assist in communicating with customers that are native Spanish speakers, and assist in translating conversations for other staff members that do not speak Spanish

Perform administrative projects that will require the use of word processing documents and spreadsheets
Other administrative duties as needed
