As a part-time telecommuter, Hilton at Home team members perform the same role as on-site Reservations and Services Specialists. You will receive inbound calls from people across the country and assist them in making reservations for our hotels and resorts. You will use the most modern technology available while working from your home office. Basic Qualifications
•Scheduling - In this work at home position you will build your own schedule using work hours that range between 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM. You will need to be available all 6 hours. Applicants must also be able to work weekend hours and some holidays. A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week will be required. Employees are allowed to swap/pick-up hours from other agents, as long as they do not exceed working 29 hours in a week.
•Excellent communication skills including the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
•Steady job history
•Basic computer skills including navigational skills and the ability to conduct internet searches,
•Ability to pass reference checks, drug screen, and a criminal background check
•Ability to sit in front of a PC monitor for extended periods of time

**Class starts on February 13, 2009. Training is from 4:00 AM - 9:00 AM (Monday-Friday for 7 weeks) Post training schedules will be built by each individual using hours that fall between 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM. Schedules will include weekends and holidays. Applicants must be available to work weekend and holiday hours to fulfill our scheduling needs.
The starting pay for this position is $9.00 per hour, plus monthly incentive. (Note: Rate is $7.21 per hour during the training period of 7 weeks.)

In addition to the Basic Qualifications outlined above, this position requires the following:
* Must reside in and have a dedicated home phone line in the 813 area code. This phone line may not be through a VoIP (i.e.; Vonage, Skype, etc.) If you do not currently meet these requirements, you must be willing to have a landline with the outlined calling capabilities installed at your expense no later than two weeks after your start date.
* High speed internet access (Satellite internet service is not permitted)
High speed internet access with a minimum speed requirement of 768Kb/s. FIOS, DSL, and cable are supported. Satellite and dial up are NOT supported.
* You will provide the monitor, headset, phone and surge protector; HRCC will provide the computer, mouse & keyboard and firewall
* Have a home office environment that is professional, safe, and free from background noise and distraction
* Be able to attend paid training, on-site at our facility. The training will be from 4:00 AM - 9:00 AM Monday - Friday for seven weeks. 100% attendance is required (no absences or tardies).
* Must be able to work 20 hours per week including weekends and some holidays.
* Must be able to work on-site as needed due to performance / technical issues. EOE/AA
