Our company is hiring additional message board monitors to join our team and help enforce the "rules of the road" on our newly established message boards. Our message boards are monitored at scheduled times throughout weekdays, weeknights, and holidays -- between the hours of 8 am and 11 pm ET.

Your job would be to review all new postings since the last scheduled review time, evaluate each new posting against a Terms of Service guideline, and decide whether a message should remain on the board or is in fact a violation of the Terms of Service. You will not be required to communicate directly with message posters -- just handle the behind the scenes process.

You would work with a team of other message board monitors, so you would select shifts to accommodate your schedule. It would be necessary to commit to your scheduled times 2 weeks in advance.

Qualifications:
We are seeking people with hyperfocused reading skills, strong knowledge of message boards, the Internet and computer technology, and a passion for online communication.
Excellent written communication skills.
Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
