Mediabiz Corp in Denver is looking for a great technically skilled individual. We are the company that collects, manages and sells data (competitive intelligence) to TV, and Satellite companies (Multiplatform Industry).

This position will test data and insure its accuracy. The data is then researched to identify trends and anomalies. This requires an analytical approach and review to insure that all data is solid and all recommendations made by you to the Sr VP Product Marketing are well founded. Clients will raise issues and we expect you to work with their engineers to determine the critical issues and resolve as needed. Customer support efforts are customer focused, transparent and timely.

We require strong Excel Skills-familiar with pivot tables, filters and importing and exporting data. Minimum level of Database skills-either desktop databases such as Microsoft Access or enterprise databases such as Microsoft SQL Server. You are the right person if you love to dig in and find the problem, explore the Web and investigate trends and activites in the Multiplatform Industry (Cable, Satellite, Etc.)

Creative, problem solver personality (comes natural) and likes to analyze information. Self-starter (asks questions, learns quickly and continually increases own value), well organized (has an approach that is methodical, repeatable and accurate), driver and problem solver and excellent communications skills

GIS tools such as Mapinfo and understanding of the Cable TV Industry are a big plus.
