We use state of the art office collaboration tools for tele-commuting and seek to grow our home base team in Naples Florida, and to establish new teams in Long Island, Wall Street and New Jersey. We are currently hiring for Help Desk support.
Network Provisioning Project Lead: required experience
Help Desk support:
1. Professional and courtesy
2. Experience managing mission-critical support issues using latest trouble management ticketing systems and related technologies
3. Working knowledge of Cisco switches, IP layer 3 protocol
4. Working knowledge of Windows/Linux server OS installation and network configuration
4. Network and server troubling-shooting experience
5. Financial industry experience preferred
6. Detail-oriented individual
