MAGNUM ADVERTISING, INC., is a full service advertising agency with over 14 years of experience in the automotive industry. Our Communications Division is currently seeking a contract Call Center Representative to work with our Contact Center in order to contact potential prospects for our clients. The chosen candidate MUST possess the following qualifications and have call center experience:
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Strong sales skills, problem-solving and organization skills
• Solid inside sales/telemarketing/call center experience
• Proven track record of success and attendance
• Complete home office with computer, DSL, and phone service with unlimited local/long distance and call forwarding/conference call capabilities
• Computer proficiency working with Excel and Access platforms
• Must have high degree of accuracy in data entry
• Customer service experience
• Ability to take rejection
• Ability to adapt to change with call scripts and client needs
• High school education or equivalent

As a Call Center Representative for Magnum, you will:
• Make telephone contact with prospects from a provided list on our database.
• "Live Transfer" to the client closer so that he/she can personally discuss and sale the product.
• Track and report daily performance in our database.
• Maintain follow-up contact and build relationships with prospects.
• Maintain composure in the face of rejection and be able to handle objections with calm demeanor.
• Start each day excited and ready to contribute to the team and make it happen!
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:00AM – 12PM EST; 1:00PM – 5:00PM EST.
Candidate will work part time hours in the beginning and then be given the opportunity to increase their hours based on results.
Our Compensation Package:
Attractive base pay plus commissions and performance-based incentives/bonuses. Possibility of growth into Sales Closer or Account Representative.
