Alpine Access is currently seeking technical subject matter experts in Smart Phone/PDA products to serve as trainers for customer agents within our virtual call center environment. This role will be using the Adobe Connect virtual environment, which we will provide training on. This is a full time contract position lasting at least three months with the possibility of renewal.
This role will have the flexibility of working from home and at our corporate location in downtown Denver. Prior training experience is highly desirable, but not required as we provide Train the Trainer programs. However all applications should demonstrate expertise in technical support for PDA/Smart Phone (ie: Blackberry, Palm Treo, etc) related products.
