Dealix, a division of Cobalt, seeks qualified applicants for the position of Client Services Representative. We are looking for a customer service focused individual for our Client Servicees Representative.
The position involves contacting customers who have submitted information requests at our website to verify their contact information. Additionally, periodic customer surveys will be performed from a preset list of customers. Work schedule is from 2 - 10PM. Telecommuting is available.
Required Skills
1-2 years experience with a customer service and data entry is preferred
1-2 years experience in a call center environment is preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet Explorer
Customer service oriented with a patient and pleasant phone demeanor
Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to help customers
Excellent verbal communication
AA (2 year) degree or higher is preferred, but not required
