Answer incoming calls for Handset Protection and/or Road Assistance service
Provide assistance in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner
Escalate calls as necessary
Utilize call center technology to input, track and report customer issues
Ability to pass drug and background check required
Qualified candidates must be well-spoken, with good phone etiquette and excellent listening skills. H.S. diploma/GED required along with computer literacy, 25-35 WPM typing ability and data entry skills. Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
