Your Qualifications:

• Proven stable job history, attendance and top-notch work ethic
• One year of previous Call Center experience preferred
• Two years of Customer Service experience required
• Exceptional communication skills including pleasant phone voice, grammar, diction and listening skills
• Ability to navigate in multiple Windows-based programs while serving clients
• Positive, can-do demeanor with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service
• High School diploma or GED-College grad a plus
• Must live within an hour of Charlotte
• Must be serviceable by Time Warner and have access to cable modem

Our Work at Home Customer Service Representatives will take inbound calls and resolve any questions regarding Medco’s prescription drug services. The Customer Service Representative role includes:

• Handle calls from our members and/or pharmacists, respond o their inquiries and determining the appropriate actions.
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate information to clients via telephone.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in a high call volume and fast paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Each new Customer Service Representative goes through a paid training program that is a combination of classroom training and on-the-job experience.

Once through training, hours for this shift will be:

MON-FRI: 11:30AM-8PM, SAT 11AM-7:30PM
(Tuesday or Wednesday and Sunday off)
