Snelling Staffing Services has an excellent customer service opportunity in the Denver Tech Center. The position is helping apartment seekers find the right location to rent. Your job is taking inbound phone calls from future tenants, finding out if the apartment is really a fit for them, and then setting up a time for them to come and view the apartment. The starting pay is $10.00 an hour, with bonus opportunities of $300-$600 a month.

*** There are immediate opportunities for customer service representatives at I-25 and Orchard.

*** The company also offers work-at-home opportunities, if interested you MUST BE able to work at I-25 and Orchard for 2-3 weeks. Then immediately move into a WORK-AT-HOME position.
To work-at-home you must meet the following computer requirements:
- 1 Ghz Processor or better
- 512 MB System RAM
- 1 GB Free Hard Drive Space
- High Speed Internet Access (256 megabit up\ 384 down)
- Sound Capability
- Anti Virus Software (Trend Micro PcCillin is preferred, McAfee is fine)
- Home network must be able to pass through firewalls, routers.
- Internet Browser w/Java Client 1.5
- Must have Internet Explorer. Netscape or other browers will not work.
- Wireless Routers or Internet Providers are not supported.
- Headset that hooks into a USB port
- Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 or Windows XP Service Pack 2 with all Windows updates. Windows Vista is not supported at this time.


JOB SUMMARY: The customer service consultants manage inbound sales call for apartment communities of nationwide. Qualified individuals must be highly personable, self-motivated and have excellent sales skills.

Successful candidates must pay close attention to detail and have excellent verbal skills. This position demands a high degree of integrity, adaptability, and flexibility in a fast paced, ever changing environment. This position is intended to be a stepping-stone for those interested in promoting their career growth opportunities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Handles inbound sales calls
2. Makes outbound follow up calls to confirm appointments
3. Responsible for exceeding client sales and service levels
4. Maintains a high energy and motivated team environment in person and via e-mail or chat

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent.
