This position is responsible for handling all calls from our accounts and consumers for technical issues, regarding hearing instruments and related products and services. This may include fitting advice, troubleshooting hardware and software and training.
Work from home options may be available.
Requirements
Knowledge, skills and abilities for performance of essential duties:
Minimum education, certification and experience requirements
Education: Education: Masters degree or AuD in Audiology required. Audiology license and dispensing permit required. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology desired.
Experience: Minimum 1-year experience working in a hearing aid manufacturing environment preferred. Minimum 1- year Clinical Audiology experience required. Minimum 1-year customer service experience preferred. Hearing aid Dispensing background preferred.
Knowledge
General computer knowledge.
Experience working with PC hardware and software desirable.
Experience with working with Real Ear system, Audiometers, Programming hardware,
Skills & Abilities
Ability to work well with people required including in person and by telephone.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Excellent organization skills required.
Ability to understand technical information is required.
