Site Review - Made Changes - Tell Me Good or Bad

Thanks for that link guy, did drop by real quick.

(need my feedback on anything pm me)

It seems like I am long winded not in real life but also when I write, just do not seem to be able to make things short.

Made some changes, put call to action in more places on my home page and other pages like......... apply now, cut down on my wordy long winded bulleted points, removed several options on my home page that gives more then one option for people to take all i want now is for them to fill out the form nothing else..

Anyway, need feedback and my site reviewed if you have time:

* think I should include my phone number removed it to push them to fill out my apply now form, was told that one should focus on one giving one option to my visitors to take so not to confuse them not sure if taking out the contact phone number will hurt me more then help

* someone mentioned it is hard to make out my categories any suggestions on how to make it look easier to read, click on about page to take you out of home page with a navigation on the left side of page

* I still do not think my site looks professional but that is my opinion, does it look professional or does like an amateur did the website...:>(...lol
