I sell a downloadable product through e-junkie.com (whom I highly recommend!). The buyere is redirected to pay via paypal.
I'm wondering if I would have more customers if I had a "normal" shopping cart such as 2ndCheckout or 1ShoppingCart, where the buyer only had to enter his/her credit card # and not go through paypal.
My customers are not necessarily "Internet savvy" and I do get occassional emails about issues paying via paypal.
What do you think?

I have 2 clients who sell downloadable products and they both use ZenCart (). One was just using PayPal but found that her customers preferred paying via CC - never leaving her cart throughout the process.
