Twittering to Your Market and Branding

I'm curious how many here are currently using Twitter as a marketing tool, to reach people in your niche, get interactivity, and build your brand. If used carefully I believe that Twitter can be a powerful tool in your marketing arsenal.

I'm trying to use Twitter to connect with those in my niche but I also use it for personal stuff. I don't like pushing myself in front of others but I have to learn to change that. I mean I'm not going to spam or anything but I have to learn to be able to share my new website pages and all that stuff.
I think Twitter is pretty powerful!
