Oh geesh, how would I ping Twitter feeds? So much to learn LOL

Grab the feed's url and then go to pingoat.com and enter that url.

The Twitter RSS feeds are on the main profile page, like when you go to http://twitter.com/angienewton it's right under the group of pictures of people following. There's the little orange RSS icon and it says RSS feed of angienewton's updates (http://twitter.com/statuses/user_timeline/8787232.rss)

So where it says blog, blog url and XML feed, I would put my twitter name, link and then the RSS for the XML spot? Yikes this is all Greek to me ha ha

One of the blog directories that is a must is Google Blog Search:

Also, here is a list of 476 blog directories and RSS feed directories

that you can submit to.

Maintain a discipline of submitting to 3-5 directories PER DAY, and

it will pay big dividends in the long run.
