I want to leave Go daddy for no reason other than their commercials are demeaning to women. In the past I've used Network Solutions when it was the only game in town.

I would like to find another place to register my 20 domain names; or move them over as they come close to expiring.

The company would have to have a phone number in addition to online support.

What companies do you recommend?

(I did find an old post here from 2005 on the subject, but think it's time for a revisit)

The only company that I have personal experience with for domains other than Go Daddy is . I only have one domain there but they have been fine since I got it back in 2001.

I actually register my own domains and save a bunch of money!!!

I have a resellers account through hostgator for my websites and they include the domain package.

If you have that many domains you may want to lookinto hostgators resellers package.

Im registering mine for about $13CDN a year!!!

I moved all (except one they are holding hostage) of my domains out of GoDaddy. I have been using NameCheap and so far have loved their service. Worth a look!

I use GoDaddy and I have a reseller acct for domains & still perfer Godaddy. Never used NameCheap - may have to check them out.

I have TWO reseller hosting accounts, plus a personal HostGator account, & agree, never mix domain registration company services with hosting company services.
