Thanks for your response. It is actually on a download page when someone buys my product. The links don't work when we get into it, and also the man at Adobe got into it, and they didn't work for him either.
I am at a loss as what to do.

I know Microsoft Office 07 allows you to save as pdf. If you have 07' I can probably find the link for you to download the fix...
