You should start by submitting your feed or your blog URL to all of the blog directories and feed directories that you can find. This is a great list to start with : http://www.masternewmedia.org/rss/top55/

You can change the template by clicking on the Template tab in your Blogger Dashboard. If you have a hard time with the code, let us know what you want to change, specifically, and we should be able to help you.

Make sure to change the header in your blogs. Insert this meta:

<meta name="robots" content="ALL">

Make sure to build a good ping list.

Not sure what you mean by change the header. Where do I add this to?

Don't think so. BUT you should find places to ping. Try I think it is www.pingoat.com

Just put in the url of your blog and it will ping some services.

Obviosly check all boxes!

is wordpress easy to use?
I have one blog using blogger and I want to create a new one.
I noticed on wordpress.org I can use them free and they provide a free host account for wordpress if you don't have a host.
