Agreed. In many cases not backing up one's site can be more problems then if they don't backup there hard drive.
Also this shouldn't be the only backup, Word Press has plug ins to simplify the process and if your host makes them available you should periodically grab there Backups. A Belt and Suspenders is the cliche here.
