Sylvia - like I posted earlier, your WordPress blog comes equipped with a built-in RSS feed. It's would be found at
http://yoursite.com/feed (change out yoursite.com for your actual domain name.
) That's what you would submit to Feedage.com for your RSS feed.

Sylvia - every WP blog has a feed - whether you have an icon on your template does not affect this.
You could just try using
http://domain.com/blog/feed
and see what happens...
Some sites will autodiscover your feed when you type in your URL.
Lastly - there's dozens of RSS sites - so don't stick to just one or two.
