For print, I make sure that my web site is easy to read... www.elevatingyourbusiness.com is not easy to read... but www.ElevatingYourBusiness.com makes it easier.
Other ways to market offline to get folks online...
1) I have postcard size coupons for those to join my ezine
2) I created a printed newsletter
3) My logo for printed materials includes .com after my business name and the .com is in italics
Just a few others to add to your list.
