How do other people handle the deluge of email

I agree with Robert... I use Outlook and some emails, such as Google Alerts, automatically go into folders. I use all kind of filters too, both on Outlook and on my webhost server.

I also have unsubscribed from a lot of newsletters in the past year and it really helped.
