I do not know what to do........

I decided to sell one of my websites and sent out an email to my list. I had a reply and the lady ended up buying it after putting me off for over a week.
After I received her money via Paypal I sent her the login info as well as started the domain transfer in her name.

Now she is filing a crazy paypal dispute accusing me of trying to steal her money.

Here is her dispute:

all right where do I begin,, I bought a website from this person & she had the BALLS to go take my info & then take my yahoo account change everything around, My paypal account & change my password I am just pissed off to ne extreme.. This women even when under my paypal got my debit card number & tryed too steal money from me & buy stuff Oh I'm abut to call the cops & turn her in I am so discusted

what do you think I should do? This lady is out of her mind. I already emailed her asking her why she is doing this.

Can you stop the domain transfer? If you can, I would refund her money, report her to paypal, delete her from my email list, and cut off all communication. It's not worth your time and getting stressed out by idiots. She might even be trying to steal your site. Good luck!

After sending her a message back on myspace with a copy of the email I sent to her with all her website info I just received an apology:

Ok Thank You very much.. I appriciate ur help & I am sorry for accusing u of something stupid.. I was just mad & very confused, your not the only one that I emailed about my email.. So I am very very sorry & I was crazy at the time that I found out that had happened to me
