PRIVACY POLICY QUESTION

Why did i read some where to include a privacy policy page in ones web site. How does affect my seo efforts if i do not include it ?

I don't think a Privacy Policy page is going to affect your SEO efforts, but it may very well affect your sales. More and more, people want to know, and be assured, that the information they render at a website isn't going to be abused. i.e. rented, sold, shared. If you do include a Privacy Policy on your site, make sure you stick to it. A privacy Policy is considered a legal document and can be used against you if you break the terms.

IT won't have any effect on SEO...You should have one...It helps customers fell safe.
