I use a service in the UK that allows me to give out a Toll Free number to my prospective clients.
They call up and leave me a message on the virtual telephone then it's immediately emailed to me as an audio .wav file.
I can then call my client back from any phone I choose when it is convenient - leaving me time to get on with my daily business tasks.
